At Official Pix Autographs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchases. If your item is not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
